Working with Turning Point’s Central London team, we delivered strategic content designed to increase awareness of the issues surrounding drug and alcohol dependency, including delivering a programme of content to support their LGBTQIA+ campaign. Our work incorporated multimedia content that challenged expectations and the understanding of the experiences of people who are drug or alcohol dependent.

Celestial is a groundbreaking entertainment company producing awesome drone light shows on another level. Big Bee were brought in as content design advisor to bring their vision to life via the website. We worked with existing website developers and conducted interviews to advise the content in a storytelling fashion.

Backup Systems are a trusted backup provider who identified their need for a new target audience and had ambitious plans to develop their brand to this end. Big Bee worked to define an appropriate tone of voice and messaging based on the user needs. Taking a unified approach we developed the website design around the tone of voice and visual brand refresh (from xHeight design agency) to create a fresh, fun and professional website.

NHSX brings together teams from the Department of Health & Social Care, NHS England and NHS Improvement to drive the digital transformation of care.
Big Bee Content was contracted to develop a series of simple and practical user-focused materials supporting their key processes and approaches.
The project unified content from various resources in differing formats, to create a clear and jargon-free guide for those they support in digital transformation.

Forensic Analytics is a fast-paced tech company providing digital forensics software widely to the public sector and law enforcement. Big Bee was initially brought in to provide complete copywriting services for the relaunched Forensic Analytics website. Within a month we met with the majority of key stakeholders to gather insight, familiarised ourselves with the deeply technical subject matter and delivered the website copy. We have since been retained to provide ongoing copywriting and content marketing support.

Rightsteps &Livelife

Rightsteps (B2B) and livelife (B2C) are mental health services operating within the charity Turning Point. Working with the head of marketing we launched a programme of blog and video content during Lockdown that was produced entirely remotely. Devised to tackle stigma and increase awareness, we spoke with people experiencing a range of complex mental health challenges, from loneliness to alcohol dependency, imposter syndrome to attempted suicide, producing targeted multi-channel content.

Gen25 is a Software as a Service tech partner based in the Netherlands providing Salesforce solutions. Big Bee Content was initially brought on board to write an in-depth case study to demonstrate their results. We were subsequently contracted to write the full website copy for the launch of one of their sub-brands, Booker25. Big Bee continue to work with Gen25 regularly providing content marketing services.

Hove Fertility and Wellness

Hove Fertility & Wellness has a unique proposition in the fertility market that wasn’t fully represented on its website.
Big Bee Content was contracted to advise on content to highlight its core Male Fertility service. We created a pillar page on the subject, providing useful information for patients to help them understand male fertility and the actions they can take to improve their outcomes.
We were subsequently contracted to redevelop the site further to champion this purpose and continue to provide ongoing content support.

Marc J. Francis is a filmmaker and storyteller whose documentary films have won worldwide critical acclaim.
Marc approached Big Bee Content initially to update his website with engaging copy. On review of his website, we fed back suggestions for improving the overall digital experience to support his goal of building an engaged community online around his work. He agreed, so we delivered an optimised user journey alongside the copy adjustments. We’ve since been retained to support his ongoing email marketing campaign, and more.

Training Legs First Aid

Training Legs First Aid provides professional and family first aid training in the South East. Big Bee Content was asked initially to do a content review to identify potential improvements to usability and customer journeys.
Following the review we were contracted to implement the recommendations, which involved new copy, proofreading existing copy and design changes to better support those wanting to book first aid classes. We have since also provided blog support.
Not only have I got a clear set of action points from Niki she has also developed a strategy going forward of what I could do next. A set of must dos and nice to haves. I also now appear on Google when you google me! AMAZING!

Loxwood Joust

Loxwood Joust is the UK’s most spectacular Medieval festival. Set in Loxwood Meadow in Sussex, the event draws in thousands of passionate historians, fun-seeking families and costume-clad revellers from across the globe.
Loxwood searched for a replacement who could match her talent for the medieval tongue. At the same time, they sought to create a more unified approach to delivering their nurture campaign and to further drive interest within the growing immersive event market.
Big Bee Content saw spectacular results in our first year working with Loxwood Joust, including a 13% increase in users and 59% increase in unique page views on the website.
On emails, we saw an 82% rise in open rate, 371% increase in click-through rate and a 45% reduction in unsubscribes. Find out more in our blog here.
Niki from Big Bee is a great addition to the Loxwood team. All of her help and contributions to the new website are a big part of helping to bring a lot more interest to the festival and ultimately resulting in ticket sales.

They contacted Big Bee looking for recommendations on how to improve their content to drive traffic and secure sales. Lucy Carnaghan is a photographer in East Sussex with specialisms in wedding, portrait and landscape photography.
Big Bee Content was asked to help bring her then-mimimal website to life. We chose to make her photography the star of the show while incorporating graphic elements that provide bite-sized information for potential customers. Key information was incorporated to paint a picture of what to expect from Lucy’s service and clear calls to action were incorporated to encourage contact from prospects.
